MERCEDES STEERING WHEEL LOCK THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY

All fuses have electricity aside from 22-25 which the handbook says are for motor electronics. I suppose what I’m thinking is in which are Individuals fuses drawing their power supply from? Is there another things which could possibly be triggering just Individuals Fuses not to get any electricity? Any support of any type is consid
